My name is Francklin Pierre, I have over 20 years acting in the Caribbean, Latin American, and Central American professional environments in fields like travel and airport services, social communication, and web administration. I can share my experiences and assist in various ways.
Airport Management:
In September 2001, I joined the aviation world as an operation and dispatch officer at PAP airport in Haiti. Since I was acting via a ground handling service provider, I had the opportunity to learn and collaborate with various reputable companies such as Copa Airlines, Air Transat, Air Canada, Air Jamaica Express, Air France, Spirit Airlines, etc. Six years later (Sept. 2007), I started working as an airport supervisor directly for Copa Airlines before being promoted to airport manager from November 2009 until September 2022.
Years of activities, training, particular challenges at PAP airport, and passion allowed me to acquire valuable experience in the domain and to develop my sense of leadership.
I can serve any individual or entity that would need my assistance regarding station management, operations supervision, safety monitoring, safety promotion, documentation control, Customer service supervision, staff management, relation with authorities, public concern, local advertising, listening, and much more. I have also collaborated with colleagues in North America, Central America, South America, and the Caribbean, allowing me to connect in these regions to a network of reliable leaders with high professionalism.
Social Communication:
I fell in love with social communications in 1999 and immediately started learning. I got my diploma and continued sharpening myself through self-teaching, exchanges, training, and experience. I attend various courses in this field, such as Journalism, Audiovisual presentation, French Expression, Public relations, and writing techniques.
I have created a chemistry between my job and social communications. I have been using my communications skills during my years of duty in aviation, where I have searched for improvement and learned more on Crisis Communication management with Kenyon International Emergency Service.
From 2012 to 2020 I got 8 years of experience in radio presentation at Radio Signal FM (Haiti). I also focus on developing myself in Public relations and cross-cultural communication. In the communication field, I also act as a freelancer: Writing articles, blogging, Promoting, and managing communication and images, Organizing cultural events, Sponsoring and Promoting Cross-Cultural exchange, and Cultural Diversity.
Web for professionals:
Straddling two generations, as a “Gen Xer,” I am one of the witnesses to changes and movements brought by the significant breakthrough in new technologies of information and communication, the 2.0 revolution, and more.
As an informed professional, I immediately understood that I needed to adapt and transform this occasion into an opportunity. I took the necessary time to acquire and deepen some knowledge in Web administration, Community management, Social Media management, etc. The most important part was to create a bridge and chemistry that allowed me to exploit these new tools for the emancipation of my professional life. And also to create new outcomes and continual personal improvement.
Nowadays, using these available technologies and platforms, I can assist more than one needing help or solution with: web services (Domain name, hosting, Cpanel, and Plesk management, AWS account management, professional blog management, and website management), introduction to the online professional and commercial world, social networks and connection to self-development, self-leadership, professional publication, image management, social media and basic self-marketing, essential e-safety experience, online communication management, etc.
Through my blog and broadcast media, I also share my real experience in the virtual world on topics related to everyday life, life’s school, and professional life, as well as links to online and offline social communications. As a result, I can assist individuals, professionals, and organizations looking for online or connected solutions.
Social Responsibility:
I met with social responsibility years ago by participating in the “RSE” program during my professional career. But I decided to get involved fully after my Panamanian friend Barry Fernandez encouraged me to do so during his visit to Haiti in 2014. So I launched the “Caribbean International and Connection Club” (Caricon Club).
My dream was to create a way of empowering the next generation to realize their potential and have the opportunity for a better life.
The club promotes social responsibility by sponsoring knowledge, creativity, positive recreation, cultural exchange, and good actions.
Even small, Caricon Club has been successful in its initiatives which have helped provide clothes, toys, food, and entertainment for over 200 children and build practical skills and a self-leadership workshop program that targets over 800 children and youths. So far, these efforts have supported some organizations acting to help needy or orphaned children living in Haiti and the Dominican Republic. And many individuals who are working on launching or building a career or project. The dream is to expand our activities to the Great Caribbean than to the rest of the world.

Francklin Pierre
